High-Performance Computing Core
The High-Performance Computing Core (HPCC) provides Weill Cornell Medicine researchers with the computational scale, storage infrastructure, and expertise needed for today's most demanding scientific challenges, from processing terabytes of sequencing data to training advanced machine learning models. As research increasingly relies on data-intensive methods like genomic sequencing, AI, and high-resolution molecular imaging, the HPCC gives investigators the tools to move beyond the limits of standard hardware, enabling scalable, reproducible, and efficient research at the pace modern discovery demands.
